Terms of Use and General Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites operated by WebTennis, owned and operated by Brent Able (“the Company”).

A “Client” is defined as any individual or entity who places an order with WebTennis through our secure online payment platform, or by other accepted payment methods such as check or cash (where applicable).

By placing an order, the Client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms of Use and General Conditions of Sale in full.

Article 1a: Age Restrictions

WebTennis only accepts clients who are:

  • Over 16 years old for physical and digital products, and

  • Over 18 years old for services such as coaching, workshops, and seminars.

We make every reasonable effort to restrict access to our products and services for minors. Although our content is not of a shocking nature, our products and services are intended for a mature audience capable of understanding personal growth, emotional development, and related responsibilities.

Any subscriber or client found to be under the minimum required age will be immediately removed from our database and fully refunded. A return of any purchased physical product(s) may be required.

Article 2: Orders

Any order placed on a website belonging to WebTennis constitutes full acceptance of these general conditions of sale without exception.

All orders are subject to product and service availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of payment issues, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable local taxes where required by law.

Shipping and handling fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-order products and scheduled services.

Accepted forms of payment include major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and other methods as listed on our website.

Online payments are processed securely through Stripe or another authorized payment processor. Your payment information is transmitted in encrypted form and cannot be read during transmission.

WebTennis does not store your credit card details and disclaims any liability related to payment security managed by third-party providers.

Article 5: Delivery and Access

Products are shipped to the address provided by the client during checkout. Please ensure that your delivery address and ZIP code are accurate.

The risk of loss passes to the customer once the product has been handed over to the carrier.

In the event of a lost or undelivered package, we will assist you in obtaining either a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability and applicable warranty.

Digital products (such as e-books, guides, or online courses) are delivered electronically via download link or email confirmation.

Access to coaching services, online workshops, and seminars will be provided according to the schedule and details sent after payment confirmation.

Article 6: Privacy and Data Protection

WebTennis respects your privacy and complies with applicable U.S. data protection and consumer privacy laws, including (where applicable) the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

By accepting these terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for purposes related to:

  • Processing your orders and payments

  • Providing customer support

  • Sending relevant updates or promotional materials (only with your consent)

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in our emails.

Article 7: Refunds and Cancellations

All sales made through WebTennis are final.

Because our products and services include coaching sessions, promotion services and digital materials that provide immediate access to proprietary content, no refunds or returns are offered once a purchase has been completed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed all product or service details prior to payment.

  • You understand that results vary for each individual and that satisfaction with outcomes cannot serve as grounds for a refund.

  • You waive any right to dispute or reverse charges for delivered or accessible content.

If you encounter technical issues accessing digital materials or experience scheduling conflicts for live sessions, please contact us directly at info@youramazingjourney.com so we can assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All content on WebTennis websites—including text, images, logos, course materials, and other intellectual property—is the exclusive property of Brent Abel and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without express written permission from the owner.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebTennis and Brent Abel shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

Article 10: Governing Law

These Terms and all related transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in [County name], California, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
